UAW Hotel
The United Auto Worker hotel was severely damaged by the tornado that struck Tuesday February 28 th , 2016. The owner worked with us to provide estimates to repair and to demolish and rebuild the hotel. The owner decided to move forward with the demolition of what remained of the tornado struck hotel, and start designing a new hotel within their budget. After working with Basalay, Cary, & Alstadt, we were able to deliver this project using the design-build system to save the owner as much money as possible. The final project is a 50-Unit, 2-Story enclosed hotel. The project was complete March 2018.
