Mapei Corporation needed a new cementitious powder production facility on an existing warehouse site in order to manufacture cement base adhesives and for distributing locally and remotely produced finished goods. The new storage and mixing plant is now connected to the existing warehouse. This project included (18) 75’-tall 2,825CF capacity silos set on a concrete foundation roughly 43’x100’. The new mixing plant structure is 9700sf with a clear height of 39’.
